Cool Concept

Outstanding in the Field.  I'll say.  Their Mission:  To re-connect diners to the land and the origins of their food, and to honor the local farmers and food artisans who cultivate it.
The Deets: A roaming restaurant that prepares locally harvested cuisine prepared by a locally celebrated chef.  The travelling red van travels with tables, chairs, place settings, as well as all of the necessary cooking supplies from place to place cooking locally prepared cullinary delights. 


My mouth waters at the thought of that super fresh food prepared sometimes right next to where the dinner is served.  But possibly my favorite part is that once the meal is prepared, everyone sits down together, family style.  This includes the farmers who grow the food, the chefs who prepare it the diners themselves.
