I have a new found respect for knitters. My sweet friend Amanda at work agreed to teach me to knit so we had my first lesson last Friday. She's so patient and I'm so pathetic. After hours of work, here is what I have so far:
I'm not giving up yet. This is just my practice project. I think I am going to attempt a VERY simple scarf first. Amanda has inspired me with her mittens and puppets...maybe one day. Stay tuned!
